How it will work

A national nature service should be universal. Everyone has the right to participate in and benefit from the scheme, whether they are school leavers, unemployed adults or people looking to re-train for better future prospects. It will be integrated and inclusive – operating across sectoral and thematic boundaries (e.g. farming, environment, forestry and other land uses; schools, FE and HE sectors; public, private and third sector organisations). It will be geographically inclusive – embracing rural, urban and mixed environments.

How big, how far, how much should be measured by how it improves the natural world around us.
